At Oxford Libero Consulting, we believe that all consultants should provide a set of valuable skills that actively contribute to the success of our clients. We hire skilled intelligent consultants and assure they continue to develop their skills. Five percent of our fees are set aside for education of our consultants. Each of our consultants have training accounts that allow them to enhance their value to our clients.
The base skill set of our consultants includes: project management, project systems, organizational change management (Prosci), business analysis, business process management, innovation and matrix management. New consultants are taken through comprehensive training to build this capacity in a short period of time. All courses are offered internally, which allows us to build this capacity quickly. These are all skills we are also able to provide to our clients through both training and mentorship.
